12k Budget for Early Panelvan Camper

Hi, I am looking for an early tax exempt Bay Panelvan to be used as a camper.

Ive a budget of 12grand and am looking for a solid example that is structurally sound, hopefully with a nice interior.

Im not too concerned if its rough around the edges - I would actually enjoy a solid corrosion free rat look van!

Any advice or links would be greatly appreciated - im in no particular rush

This is the perfect compromise, tin top but with perfect camping interior + you'd have money for lowering, wheels etc, just my opinion.

Not tax exempt but I have taken the sad decision to sell Lulubelle as we have 2 kids and shes just to small if we want to camp anywhere!!
