1968 / 1970 steering box the same or different

Could anyone confirm if a 70 rhd steering box would fit my 68 rhd bus...

(ie are steering boxes one of those 68 special bits)

Is there anything specifically I can check when buying an untried/untest/uninstalled box unseen ?!

Yes, they is the same up to 72 then it goes a bit hairy fairy with disco brakes and all sorts of weird and wonderrrfull gadgets and things :shock: Apart from looking for oil leaks it`s a bit hit and miss and most are worn out.
