1968 LHD US Import - Green Westfalia Camper- Restoration Project
Imported from the dry state of Texas USA this year, this type of camper / restoration project is becoming harder to find, especially in this undamaged condition.
It has had a re-spray at sometime and although in need of some restoration work it is in remarkably good condition for a 45 year old VW.
It is an excellent ‘base’ vehicle for a renovation project that requires only panel repairs, as the chassis is in excellent condition.
There is no engine.
Price = £SOLD
Summary:
General Condition
• The outside panels all have very minor indents and scratches
• The nose is in good shape, however there is some rust around the window

• The long panel is very straight and solid however there is some rust in the lower sill
• Both the rear corners need to be repaired
• Jacking points, top hats, doglegs and arches are all completely solid and original
