VW Type 2 Bay 1972 Tax Exempt Camper MOT April 2012
White and sealing wax red professionally sprayed in 2004. it won best bus at the Mach VW show. RHD and serviced in April 2011 and had door seal replaced in August 2011.
1641cc recon engine fitted in 2004 with full flow system and an additional oil cooler fan fitted and temperature gauge. Keeps temp at 90 degrees so will not overheat in traffic.
EMPI 5 spoke alloy wheels, professionally lowered in 2004 by VW bodyshop Cheltenham. Very solid underneath with no welding being done. Bluebird stainless steel exhaust pipe, Split charger and new leisure battery, new main battery, Scat gear shift, low front lights with eye lids, tall rear lights with spare smoked covers.
New interior fitted October 2011, bespoke interior cabinets fitted with 3 shelf storage unit, draw, upright Unit, Unit for gas bottle and water container. Also has a storage unit under seat.
It has a new smeg 2 burner hob and sink. New Waeco fridge freezer which runs on 230v and 12 v. 3 230v sockets and 4 12v sockets. It also has a Danbury storage Unit in the rear. New full width rock and roll bed with new foam in red and white. It also comes with a childs bed for the front which can also be used for storage. New door cards fitted in red and black. It has 5 seat belts fitted. Wooden steering wheel and a sliding side window. Rear jail bars and a removable ladder.
230 hookup with RCD fitted, new propex gas heater with timer, Kenwood CD system with speakers and sub and ipod dock. 8 inch freeview TV. California overriders fitted, thatcham approved sterling alarm fitted. Also comes with a winter storage cover. Brand new curtains.
Her name is Poppy and she has been much loved.
