Here is a closeup of mine after i took the pedals off and tried to persuade the shaft out, I managed to bash it a few inches before it seizes tight (even this would not have been possible with the floor fitted). There is a bit of a key/tab on each end of the shaft which you might just make out on the visible end. I can't remove these so far as I know though since they look fixed i have tried in case though. Trying to wack it any further through the hole is just going to wedge it in tighter as there isn't any clearance. I was wondering if I was missing something ( a hidden bush or necessary alignment trick) but have no reference diagrams and figured i would stop before I make it worse.</p></blockquote><p></p>
