71 earlybay window problem

got a 71 early bay going right throught it but got prob with windows or rubbers side windows middle once fitted in there is a gap in the corners as if rubbers not fat enough tried old rubbers in, still the same any help
 
Yeah, pics would help. Is it a kombi with factory windows, or a converted van?
 
its factory fitted have panel van converted glass and factory glass just seems the corners of glass is to round does not go into corners enough so courses a gap when rubbers are fitted will send pics at weekend

As Wig says above ^^^ that looks like the wrong glass completely. The window apertures are factory but the glass is not, it is possibly panel conversion glass. It looks like a previous owner has bought some replacement glass and got the wrong stuff from a panel van conversion which your isn’t. This is factory glass in factory apertures on my van.
