72 Crossover Bay rear bumper question...

My crossover van has the 72 only bumper irons/brackets, but no rear bumper currently.
Does a 68-71 rounded rear bumper fit the crossover year with those irons...?

No the bumper mounting holes are wider so new holes require drilling
