advice needed please

i have a bulge in the middle panel,approx 400mm from bottom up,
my question is,
do i need to change complete panel,
can i cut out just above bulge,between panel seams,
being a builder and not a welder, i have tools to cut this out,between seams,
or do i ask a proffesional

hope that works,maybe not the greatest pic,
but if i put a straight edge along panel between door and end panel,i would say bulge is arrox 10 mm

 
If the panel is otherwise good then the bulge can be shrunk back. Any reasonable body man will be able to do this using heat and quench along with a shrinking hammer or flipper.

Best to save the panel of you can - it's only original once.
