Ambulance fans without the switch?

Hi guys,

I was just just wondering what people's opinions were on having ambulance fans, but without the switch. would anybody buy ambulance fans without the ORIGINAL switch. Afterall, people installing them wouldnt have had them in their bus originally, not to mention how many people's campers are non-standard in one way or another.

Also, I see that the going rate for a pair of working ambulance fans with a switch is between GBP175-210, but how much would you say a pair without the original switch would be worth?

I'd have no problems fitting them with a substitute switch but my bus is not totally original anyway.

Regarding the cost without a switch it's like a lot of scarce parts - it depends who you buy it from.

I think Gadget Boy does repro switches for the fans

I used an old light switch and one of gadgets repro buttons. They are 100% spot on.

An easy fix

I use a wiper switch. Two speed built in and an og insert, cost =2 quid. :smile:
