Hi has anybody seen a camper conversion that uses the rear hatch as an extension and a kind off tent thingy over it? hope this makes sense. steve

Yes, it's an Amescador if I remember correctly ( Dutch I think )

the dutch folk use these a lot fella , try keift en klok you never know .
they are deffo out there as i`ve seen em in the flesh in two lengths ie one which completely surrounds the rear of bus to the floor and one which does`nt go to the floor......they use a board on the parcel shelf which extends into the tent

I know what you mean, but have only seen something for T25. Maybe you could make up some kind of canvas surround, with a bar locked into the lock area to keep tailgate ajar? with maybe a flip out wooden bit at the mattress end with a foam infill strip?
You could make some templates, and then get a sail company to make it up out of nice canvas?
But if you do - make some spares for the rest of us eh?
