Are Lemforder ball joints meant to be the best available?

Looking to fit new ball joints. Are lemforder meant to be the best available?

I replaced mine a few years ago. Had to shop around but found Meyle HD (Heavy Duty) ball joints. These were highly rated as about the best you can get.
Brace yourself though, it took a map gas blow torch and a maxed-out 10 Tonne press to get the old OG ones out.

I have set of original quality NOS Ball joints if you dont want to risk it.
