Thanks to another ebaying time waster this is back up for sale

Having done a full resto on our Exportmatic last year we have decided we now want a trailer tent so this has to go!
It's the biggest of the the 3 folding caravans that Rapido made in the 80's and can be made to sleep 6, although I have set this up for a 4 berth at the moment. I think it was made in 1983 from the serial number.
Being the Exportmatic it has the separate kitchen and wardrobe/closet/loo areas and has an overall footprint of 10sq/m when up, yet still weigh less than 700kgs for towing.
When I bought it it had some rot so a full restoration was undertaken. (pics available on request)
The centre floor was completely stripped back and rebuilt as was the large side wall that doesn't have a window (unfortunately the outer skin bulged on the wall and it has a slightly bobbly appearance now...see pics...but at least it is solid and dry!).
The outside was seamed sealed and painted, the inside has been painted and the walls and ceiling have had new vinyl.
It has new electrics throughout with 240v sockets and 12v led lighting and a Zig unit. It has a mains hook up and also a piggy back hook up so that you can connect your bus to it at the same time....2 fridges are useful sometimes!
The front box has a 3 way fridge, gas bottle and leisure battery.
I fitted a Propex heater to keep the family warm and happy too!
All the foam was replaced and new covers and curtains made up (Laura Ashley fabric), including a privacy curtain that pulls across by the sofa bed.
This one has the larger 12" wheels which I had blasted and painted and new heavy duty trailer tyres fitted....including spare wheel. Fitted new shocks as well. I bought it a new cover as well!
I have several spares to go with it including a complete side wall and large opening window....I was going to rebuild the spare wall (it's rotten) and fit the opening window and then replace the bobbly wall with it.
I'm looking for £1500 ono...feel free to call to discuss/make an offer.
