Hi,

I've a 71 and seem to have developed an issue of the revs dropping low when you press the brake pedal. As yet it's not forced the engine to cut out, but sounds like it's getting close to.

Any ideas?

Cheers
Craig

Failed servo or one way valve to it - they are the only things that are linked to the engine in any way.

Yep, this defo. Had the same thing on mine to the extent it was cutting out at every junction. Needed a new servo :(

Nooooo.... Just had alternator conversion done. Surely karma will be good to me and choose the cheapest option?!

Yeah right :0(
