I understand the passion and love for buses, I'm not doing this for financial gain, far from it. i paid well over the odds for this bus, which i admit i should've investigated it more. I'd take on most projects and do it for the love of restoring a bus. However to get this bus to the standard i'd be happy with it's possible. I've have a rust free 68 UK RHD that i know is mostly OG metal, it was completely OG metal until fitted a tin top and someone smashed into it. To which i painfully source the best possible panel to repair my bus. Using early 70's front to replace my bent 68. Using only NOS parts to replace the indicator lense and straighten the OG screws so they are still correct. Replaced the light bowl due to 68 van having less flats than a 69 onwards. My alloy wheels are 67/68, my dash clock that wasn't factory fitted is stamped 68. I'm very passionate about vans, especially EB's. However this van would need nearly every panel replacing. I don't do patches and i'm not a sheet metal fabricator. The time it would take me to do this van and the cost of getting og metal to replace the rot isn't worth it. If you'd like to restore this bus then i'll give you whats left for free and i'll not chop any body parts off. Fair? Regards Rich
