Buttysbits RHD kit

Some of you have mentioned getting a RHD kit, what does this consist of? all I see on the web site is a Throttle pedal pushrod.

It consists of a throttle pedal pushrod , aa swivel bracket thingy and a longer rod for underneath - fitted one these kits last month and can honestly say for the money its the best mod i have done on my bus

Thanks for the quick reply, but what did you order. As I said, all I can see on the site is the pedal pushrod.

Tried emailing him a few days ago, but no reply.

I'm after one of these as well as I have at least an inch of play in my pedal even though the cable is adjusted (correctly I hope!).

He's been away at Aircooled 14 at the weekend, there are a couple of different RHD kits available, it consists of the new linkage under the throttle pedal (look at the LHD kit) and then usually a link rod to the link that comes through your chassis. Fitted a couple to RHD buses and they work well, he usually needs a picture from under your bus to show what mounts youve got as RHD ones vary.

Hi guys , i think the confusion is my site only shows the pushrod , that is all thats on there because im building kits to order , i have just ordered a big batch of parts to build up shelf stock . But im building kits for people on friday .
Ideally i need a photo from directly underneath your original kit looking up through the hole in your floor , then i can tell if kit will fit or not . UK buses have had some serious mods made to them over the years , some are borderline frankenstein creations , and my kit will not fit without some serious reworking of the floor area .
So rather than sending kits willy nilly and spending loads on postage picture option works well .

Kit consists of a new pushrod and floor rubber ,
this goes down to a new swivel section very similar to the lhd kit , but i modify it and bolt up mounts differently for different years .
The swivel connects to a long rod from swivel to the chassis crosshaft , also you get a new return spring that fits in the original mounting place just below the cable next to the master cylinder . (i dont do anything with the shaft through the chassis section because its a big pain . )
