Cab doors in kidnap mode.

Well I've recently fitted my sexy new door cards. And an issue has arisen... the drivers door will not open from inside, the lever moves but doesn't seem to disengage the latch, the passenger side does open but only with a good shove. Has anyone had this before? Possible clips fouling on the mechanism?
I really don't want to take the door cards off again more than necessary so any suggestions would be very welcome. Cheers guys.

I had a similar issue, I found it was the inner door handle plastic surround. The screw that holds it in with was too tight so I just slackened it of a bit.

That would make sense on the passenger side as I had to push pretty hard against the cards to get that in, but unless it's the screw itself the drivers side doesn't have the escutcheon (I think that's the fancy posh name) in place yet. I'll take the screw out and see if it makes a difference.

Same issue here. Turns out the new set screw supplied by c n c is 5mm too long.. stops the lever moving fully back.
