Carb help !!

Is there anybody out there that supplies parts for a 30/31 pict 3.
NOT the guys in Germany as they don't have what I'm after.

I am after the lower butterfly shaft on the carb. It's the one with the 2 tiny screws in.
It has to be the lower one as it has a section permanently attached at one end.

I have the butterfly disc and have ordered the replacement screws, am unable to trace a supplier for the shaft.
ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Just so you don't waste your time, the shaft I am after is factory fixed on the one end.

Have been sorting my stuff out , not had chance to check carb yet but they are all in the same box now!!! It will be tomorrow as gave myself day off to do house work------------

Stripped spindle from carb, but its a 31 pict3 . any good ?
