Chassis panel help

Hi Guys, I’m after some help finding a chassis panel. I’m after the piece which goes between the the centre factory weld backwards to the rear jacking point. I can find the piece which goes forward from the centre weld but not back. Does anyone know if anyone makes this panel.
Also does anyone know what sort of job it is to replace the centre heater tube, not sure if this is welded into the cross members or does it pull out.
Mine is a 1970 bay.
