CSP install - dust cover issue

... so near to completing this CSP disc conversion but I can't get the bloody dust covers on so they fit flush. Anyone else had an issue when they installed? Any tips - or should I just hit them really hard

I tried for ages, ended up flattening my thumb with a club hammer so gave up!

Haha I can see why you gave up, started slowly thinking they'd go on easy then ended up knocking the b/Jesus out of them all to no avail...

It's a pain as the rest of the kit is well put together and the dust caps just feel like a bit of a bodge. I've mailed the guys at CSP so maybe I'll get a reply and will post the details just in case anyone else has the same issue.

Have you had any issues with the brakes after leaving them off?
