Does anyone know where to get this bit of tinware?

I remember finding a single supplier who made these at some point... but I can't remember their name!
They also made an aftermarket "Hoover bit" tinware as well, from memory.
Their website/branding was a dark green on white background.

I'll keep racking my brains and hopefully the answer will come to me!
