Dodgy gear change

Hi, Ive just brought an early bay 1970 LHD. Having problems with finding the gears, front bush is find and now changed the coupling, Ive been advise to fit a shifter upgrade, which I'm willing to do, but would like some guidance on which one to go for :?: :?:

The gear shift on my Bus was shocking when I got it.
I've changed the bushes etc up front, plus the front shift rod.
I fitted a CSP shifter and change the gearbox oil and WOWSERS what a difference!

I can't say if Gene Berg is better than CSP or not - but you might find this post relevant - the more we get signed up the better the price shoud be - and these things are expensive...
