What's the correct (best) way to position door mirrors? Long side up or long side out. Just wondering as I have seen both ways being used, even both on the same bus. I suppose I could test on mine, but looking for opinions...

Either or I reckon. If you’ve got decent mirrors then practice your different options, however if you have some of the latest after market offerings then I wouldn’t wiggle them too much as some aren’t extremely robust might be a kind way of putting it. I’ve got big big mirrors, not so much in the way of being able to get out to overtake a lot, but more in the way of its nice to see who’s overtaking me
