Drivers Seat

Hope someone can help, I've got a seat I want to install but it doesn't have any runners !
If I just bolt it down would this be ok for the MOT or does it need to be able to slide ??

Bolted down is fine - there's lots of modified cars out there with a MOT that use fixed bucket seats to save weight. My seat in the bus is wedged and can't be adjusted either at the mo, another thing to add to the list...

Legally for the MOT the drivers seat must be adjustable.

P.s. Mine isn't and hasnt ever been but legally it should be!

Mines bolted down but the back rest adjusts.
I believe this makes it adjustable :!:
