I just spotted that picture of the fish in Parsley sauce. Boil in the bag frozen fish and Idahoan mash spud is one of my favourite go to meals when camping. Plus the fish defrosting helps keep the cool box reasonable. And a tin of corned beef and some Idahoan mash is a fab feed for them Starvin Marvin moments and ready in the blink of an eye or the boiling of a kettle.
