If your lucky you can find a cutter that will do one from the numbers...thought I had a friend that was doing them for me but turned out to be a no hoper  more a case of cant be bothered that cant do it....

My local locksmith does them from the number....£6 last time I did one.

They even did one for my old 52 too

Do you mean the numbers are on the lock itself or on the barrel? The numbers on the lock are the part number, and ive got a few spare barrels and ive had the one out of my ignition and cant remember any key codes on them. My key code is in my owners book.
Most lock smiths will cut keys from numbers just make sure you dont embarress yourself by giving them the part number for the lock its self.

if you are struggluing to get keys cut take your slider door handle out. It`ll have a number on the square bit that goes throug the hole( not the part number) most skilled key cutters can make a key off this number...door handles don`t have the number as far as i`m aware

All the locks have the numbers secreted on the handles the numbers actually on the cast lever....

most lock smiths I've contacted look, snigger, one mumbled something about fecking crappy computers eaten the database yadah yadah yadah, found one guy (friend) who proved a pain in the arse, can get the blanks, springs and levers but ****** if I can find anyone to cut them (although in touch with someone in the states who can apparently)...
