Hi

seem to have posted and it disappeared

Running in a new engine that has got sluggish and now will not start.

It turns over but will not start. The accelerator pedal is a bit loose too.

She is on a lean running in mix is there I can check before I have to get a garage involved. It is going back to the engine installer in the new year but I'd like to clock up a few miles before then

cheers

Matt

Hi Matt, Have you checked your oil level ? Also worth a squint around the fan for debris like rags and stuff while you are there. Might be worth checking your plug leads and have a little peep at the points gap too. If in doubt, just ring your engine fella after Chrimbo and describe it to him and let him make the decision too drag it over to him or to drive it.

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, hang in there till Chrimbo bud

topped up oil but will check again on the 27th. I think it is a fuel problem and a rubbish accelerator linkage that I'm going to have changed.

All part of the running in process

cheers

don't know yet but going to let my local independent tweak her before she goes to the air cooled specialist to be set up for the next 1500 miles
