How do, just doing my shopping list for engine bits, and thinking about exhaust

In short will a Pancake filter and Quietpack with 4into1 exhaust (still with Exchangers) give any increase in power to a standard 1600 TP with normal PICT carb?

I like the QP sound and stainless one is cheaper than others.

If it doesn't I can get a complete standard exhaust and exchangers for the price of just the QP W/O exchangers, couldn't justify the stainless exhaust just for the sake it sounds nice lol.

Its ok answered my own question

One thing to mention- If you're running a standard carb, you'll get a fair bit more power out of your standard air filter assembly. Those pancake chaps suck in cold air, with the carb being so far away from your hot cylinder heads, the fuel condenses and sticks to the walls of the inlet manifold. You need the hot air inlet from the standard filter assy.

I love my VS exhaust one of my favourite and easiest upgrades, I would be interested to know if it does anything at all though.
