Oh god, whiplash claims :roll:My ex was rung out of the blue 3 years after she had a car accident that had already been settled and was told she was entitled to further compensation for whiplash. All she had to do was give them the go ahead and they'd sort it out on her behalf and send a fat cheque her way if they won. I told her not to go through with it (was adamant, big argument ensued) but she did anyway. 4 months later a cheque for £3,500 arrived. Ridiculous.I was a passenger in a friends car once and we got rear-ended. Not badly either, barely a touch. The first thing he did when he got out of the car was start rubbing the back of his neck. Seriously?! Zero damage to either vehicle, probably only 5mph accident. He also complains that his insurance premiums are too high. Hypocrite.
