What a shame :( you need to nag the solicitors and estate agents, tell them you have an important show that weekend hehe ;-)

I'm really looking forward to this one - we're off on honeymoon from Saturday until a few days before so can I request a place in any club camping that gets sorted in advance please?

Thanks (if it happens) see you there (if it doesn't) :D

I might even try and enter show and shine!

I've a feeling this is going to be a blinder!!
Kate and her crew seem to have left no stone unturned organisation wise.
I will reap the benefits of their hard labour next year I hope!!

Looking forward to this later in the month. Travelling up to North Yorkshire on the Thursday and then on to the racecourse on Friday afternoon ... looks like a fun event :D

Where are you going on Thursday? - if you need any recommendations just give me a shout :)

So, who on here would be in charge of a club stand?

Thanks Foz, I have to admit, I'm getting a bit stressed now lol - feeling a bit sick just at the sheer size of this thing I've created haha. It will be great though :) Wish you could have made it - I think there's a few coming from the Birmingham area too.

Just in case you're not on facebook/haven't seen posts etc.

Advanced ticket holders may arrive anytime from 2pm on the Friday. Tickets will not be on sale on the gate til 6pm, this si due to York Racecourse being in the middle of York and we want to give people going home from work a chance of getting out before the traffic builds up. Also, advanced weekend adult tickets are just £22.50, they will be £25 on the gate. Gates close at 9pm but if anybody will be arriving later than that just let me know and we will make provision for this - as long as it's not silly times :) - we want to hear the music too ;-)

Gates open at 9am on the Saturday and Sunday.

Will you be doing a day ticket at all for those of us whose van's are still not on the road?

We'll be there trading, I would love to say I'm looking forward to it but it will be our second event so at the moment I'm slightly panicked

Hopefully I'll feel better about it after skeg Vegas. I'm sure it will be a good show

You'll be fine :) - you'll soon get into the swing of trading. Good luck with Skeg Vegas, I'd love to be at that one but I'm at a wedding on the Saturday. Just enjoy it :)
