Fitting a westfalia interior in a micro bus

I’m starting to fit the interior into my microbus.

The interior didn’t come with any fittings and I can find any fixings in the rear cargo area to mount the bed.

Does anyone have any photos of how the bed fixes in the rear? Should there be four holes to mount the bed arm mechanism?

isn’t the fuel tank just under the rear bed area though?

Did you install the the table and the cooler cabinet ? I've been trying to figure out how to install these in mine. did the side bed with rivnuts years ago in mine and still work fine.
