Fitting opening quarterlight seals Tips please

Anyone fitted and got tips on how to fit opening quarter light seals. Got some when redoing an oval and they were a bitch to fit, got some on my bay and am going to fit new seals so would ideally like a steer....

dont forget your rivet, status vw do them, make shore you get the top one :wink:
and the washer.
