Fitting out of Fatmat rattletrap extreme

Hi all,
Id like to line out my panel van in this material before cutting out the interior. Don't know whether I should fully line out or apply a patch to the centre of each panel and if so what size patch 30% or maybe 50% of size of panel.
Should I also apply it to the roof and floor and firewall and over engine bay shelf?

I have done some research on this years ago...
What I read said you don't want to cover it completely...
I would do 60 or 70% as The vibrations that cause The noise need barriers to get cancelled out... if you cover it completely The vibrations can continue..

I did my panel with 200 mm squares and banged it on the outside with the palm of my hand until it sounded dead enough by adding more squares... in truth, I had driven it with nothing in for a while so it sounded ( or not...) a whole lot better.... also did the noisekiller foam in the roof and sound-deadener on the floor though....
