hi, i realise now i made a mistake in 2002 when i had a modified alan schofield front panel fitted to the camper with the recessed bit for a late bay badge.

whilst it does not keep me awake at night is there any way i can get an earlybay larger badge to fit, ie machining a step in the badge? or am i stuck with what i have got?

cheers

Someones done that exact thing on here and cant quite recall who.....give it a bash.....

I remember that, cant remember who tho??

thinking about it it may have been clarksons black and white?

if you pull it off it saves the possibility of warping the front panel when cutting and welding in a patch....

i think it was clarkson or torfui, they had a badge and used a dremel to trim the back edge so it fitted over the bulge, looked good too.
if your interested i have an NOS early bay badge for £25

my van has one of those front panels added by the PO after the poor thing (van not PO) was involved in an accident.

However being a Crossover, do I need an Earlybay or Late(shudders)bay badge?
If it's an Earlybay badge, I'd be intereeted in how to get one to fit.

Large badge.
Some of the earliest late bays (73) also had the larger badge.
