Front quarter light catches.

Does anybody know if the front quarter light catches are the same as the Beetle ones? The part numbers are almost the same, i.e. the T2 part number is 311-837-658/A/ for a right hand catch and the beetle part number is 111-837-658/A/ for a right hand one. Looking on suppliers sites, the catches look identical from the photo's. I'm just wondering if it is just a part numbering system to identify beetle parts and T2 parts but are in fact the same part!?

I bought some cheapo Beetle frames to nick the catches from, and they look identical to me!

Thanks for the reply, I have confirmed that they are the same part! I bought a new one from Heritage today and fitted it. It seems a bit weird that Heritage doesn't advertise it as being suitable for a T2 quarter light, only for a beetle!
