Hey guys I need a full lock set for my bus so I can use a single key on all the doors, I don't mind having a different ignition key. Any ideas where I can pick a set up from?

OK VW Heritage do a full set in black:

http://www.vwheritage.com/vw_spares_Door-handle-and-lock-set-T2-69-Black-Genuine-VW-211898375_act_shop.product_pID_23276080_lang_EN_country_GB.htm?crumbStartPage=5&crumbStartRow=59" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

still waiting to hear if they can supply a chrome set.

If you send custom and commercial all you door locks and a spare ignition key they will re build all your locks so they are all on one Key, I ve just sent all mine off.
They charge approx £25 per lock.

Somewhere on I think VZI,there is an article on how to joggle your locks so they work on the same key.

As Sam says, you can do this yourself if you have enough spare parts.

I have a box of locks and really ought to get around working out which ones I have keys for -I do have 3 full sets from memory although at least two of them are late

Nice info guys! I'll let you know what heritage say about the chrome set. I can't really take the locks off mine at the moment and send them away as my bus is my daily driver, but we'll see what happens...

I just did search as Sam and Matt said and found quite a bit of info so I quickly went down to the office out tray and grabbed my jiffy bag with locks in which was waiting to go off in the post.
I decided to have a go at re keying one of my locks, it was easy took me hour and a half to do the whole bus!
So just saved my self £75!

Try this guy: http://www.dubkeys.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I got a set of the parts needed from him and he supplies excellent instructions!

Oh nice, heritage's reply is that they are not available in chrome so I'd better get my hands dirty!

Dave at Dubkeys is a good bet, he can send you a new set of wafers matched to the ignition key and you fit it all yourself (he sends diagrams and instructions) did all mine, worked really well :)
