Hi guys, my 1600 twinport has an aftermarket airfilter on and the breather pipe coming off the oil filler neck is just some garden hose venting down through the tinware.
I am getting fumes through the heating - I have replaced the heat exchangers and piping and connections already, and have read the other posts about the importance of the breather system, however I cannot find a stock airfilter setup anywhere to replace this cone filter I have.
Is there a way I can vent the fumes into the aftermarket air filter - can I drill a hole in the top and route the hosepipe into the top?
Has anyone solved this problem before?
My engine has a standard PICT34 carb setup.
