GSF car parts

I was going to buy a re ground crankshaft from GSF or even a new one as its only £120 ( not sure it's original ). Has anyone dealt with them and are they any good?

I have had some parts from GSF , some good some not so good. By the way the crankshaft is £108 now so £12 saving if your gonna buy it either way.

The level of service tends to vary wildly from branch to branch (or even shift to shift)
Their aircooled parts can be a bit hit and miss depending on what you are buying.

I spoke to richard at vee wee, great guy, really helpful and honest but in the end I bought some original bits from vw heritage
