Just had a delivery of spares for my MG, very quick delivery only orderd late sun night.
The main thing i orderd was a early type starter solenoid with a push button on it, orderd by part no of their web site charged me for it, buggers sent the later type with no button on it which is half the price.

Is it only me, that seems to get at least one item wrong in a delivery.

Sat here fed up thinking that job could be done now, now i will have to wait till the weekend. :(

Sorry rant over.

Even though there are loads of MG's around, there are not any decent forums to use. The equivilent to JK in the MG world forum is based in America :!:

no i get it all the flipping time and with some very well respected VW suppliers too.

In one pack i had 1 wrong item, 1 damaged item and 1 was covered in some kind of oil???

I swear it's the warehouse people they don't give a **** and grab anything off the shelf... slight generalisation i know but what the hell

I thought it just was me or my name.
I worked many years ago for Partco for severl years, if we got it wrong we would have our rear ends kicked around the store room. We had pride in getting the orders right and any items that looked substandard would not be sent out.

This was the time when T2 stuff was standerd stock items, them were the days.
