These didn’t mostly have rear seat belts initially so that’s a grey area. I’ve never had anybody ask if it’s a four or a five seat vehicle before but I’d say a five anyway just because you can seat five. Same again with a four or five door vehicle, I’ve not had anyone ask me that from the insurance company. Im think8 they’re possibly a three door but I’d stick to the mainstream insurance companies for classic vehicles like Just Kampers or Haggerty that know these vehicles.
