evening all, my van is totally bare in the back. what size plywood do you all use for re-paneling the sides of the van and floor?? is it 18mm ply??

jason

9mm bottom floor 6 mm top

3mm ply for panels covered with clear satin varnish which currently won't dry cause its bloody cold! Empty bus for Stonor Park it is then!

l used panel clips to secure mine. Can be found on eBay or JK. The holes are offset for the clips though & my panels came pre drilled. Someone on here may have some templates if you're lucky.

Got a full set of panels off a bloke called sam32blue on ebay. £85 for the set with delivery. He's cheaper than the others selling & I was happy with the quality. I slapped some varnish on mine before fitting them & think they look good. Eventually I'll get them covered the the same as the bed when I have some spare cash.
