No not for maths equations, for spinal treatment.

Anyone used one?
Are they any good?? Do they lengthen the spine and help with chronic back pain???
I don't want to grow any taller i'm just pissed off after leaning to one side for the last four weeks and walking like Uncle Albert off Only Fools and Horses!!

Regards.

What he said ^^^ . You can be as brave or as tight or as daft as you like but there is no medal at all for putting up with that sort of discomfort , none whatsoever. Book in and see your chyropractor or osteo or however you want to spell it, pay the man the money and a couple of sessions and you are sorted. Alternatively go and see your doctor on the nhs and wait for ever for nothing to happen. Talk to 99% of people that have had a bad back (including me) and they will tell you the same.

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,, NO MEDALS AT ALL

Have a little more range of movement, been to see a Physio and advised against inversion table, went to ask for more prescription meds and was refused, they thought i might be hooked on them.
Finally after not leaving the G.P's office til i got something done i am down for an MRI scan.

It's only taken me 18 years of putting up with it to now put my foot down and not be fob'd off with sick notes, rest and med's to hopefully find out the route cause!!

Here's to hoping!!

After many years of trying to sort myself out. Waist support, sleep on floor I eventually went to an Osteopath - I literally crawled in, BUT I walked out! My hip we missaligned by 3/4" - I have wedge in my right shoe te help address this..........the best thing I ever did was go. Not cheap but not had anything like the issues I used to get.

I had a go on an inversion table at WOMAD last year ( )

Long term it may be good but I got sore ankles and a head ache ! :D
