Funnily enough, the last four or five years I lived at a place called Upfield which was part of an area called Broadmeadows and at the end of Broady on the Hume Highway or sometimes known as the Sydney Road was the Ford factory about half a mile from my house  :mrgreen:   Half my mates used to work at that factory back in the 70s and I can even remember one buying a bright yellow new Escort van with some sort of GT spec when the first Escorts came out, so MK 1. I spose.  Don`t know if the Ford factory is still in the same place but I`ll find out when I email some of my mates there.
