Hi, I hope this isn't too late. You wanted details of the main inner & outer seals. I rebuilt mine a while back. The outer seal was a very good fit. I plastered the window opening with waxoyl & it popped in easily. The inner seal was the only area I screwed up. The seal pushes onto a rail which is part of the window frame extrusion. I messed around with this for while before I got the knack of of it. However I trimmed the bottom edge off as it was fouling on the kitchen unit. When I took my stupid glasses off I noticed that the top was a bit short! It is handed. I think the top should have the longest lip. The whole rebuild went OK. Follow one of the guides on here. Make sure you use the short screws for the short pieces at the ends of the glass. Use lots of vaseline to help with glass seals. Once they were assembled I used the end of a 6" ruller to push the seals into the frame. I also had to trim the corners with a craft knife. I didn't highly polish mine but I'm pleased with how they turned out. Hope this helps. Phil.
