Lite steer - Fanbloodytastic !!!!

Just had my steering set up by Neil at Lite Steer

Don't have the funds to get the full power steering just yet, but what a set up. Neil cut his teeth building racing cars and pit crew member for many racing teams.
What Neil doesn't know about steering geometry is not worth knowing :shock: :shock: :shock:

He set my bus up so well. I thought it was "bob on" but what a diffences :lol: :lol: Give me back about 10MPH top end, because my set up was so crap.

Cant big him up enough. Top bloke, Top service.

So much better. It was meant to of been tracked at the last MOT, by a VW garage :x :x :x :x

Neil fitted lite steer to my bus early summer and it's been a real pleasure to drive ever since
Parking and driving in slow traffic are now child's play

What was involved with that, just replacing worn parts on your stock steering? Does your horn work!

Yes, replaced what was needed. Balanced, tracked and adjusted the correct way. My horn works the normal/VW way???

Once you pull apart steering, horns stop working. Mine doesn't work despite best efforts and a few other mechanic's horns don't work either! I had a late bay steering box installed, but it is still heavy when parking. Might be worth giving them a call, but I can live with it.

Horn still works fine fella. not sure what your mechanics did to yours??
