Got its MOT ticket on Friday, picked up from Rocket Ron's 'Endangered Species' yesterday and got it home with only one minor teething problem - wipers decided to stop working, not the electrics, just hung off at a funny angle so probably a loose connection somewhere ... probably was the heavens opened yesterday afternoon so got a good soaking on the way back

Rather nice to wake up this morning and actual see it parked up. Still a few odds and sods to do, certainly needs Jason at Interpro's help to get it spot on - it was booked in for this Wednesday, but he's a wee bit busy -

Please note the carefully composed framing of this shot - from this angle you might almost mistake it for a crossdresser :lol: but its another '72 back on the road after a very long time off it even if it does have funny front indicators

In all honesty, it just really nice to be driving a type 2 again ... even in the rain ..... now for EBi4 in a couple of weekends time

Dont know what would be worse in a convoy, following having to look at the rear lights or leading and being blinded by the indicators :lol:

Will you be updating your gallery thread with the finished article?
