Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum but have been off and on the VW scene for the past 19 years. I currently reside in Boston, Massachusetts in the US, where I have been since 1999 when I moved from my home town of Southampton in the UK.

I don't currently have a bay-window but was wondering if anyone can help me. My first car in 1993 was a 1972 VW Type 2 Camper with a Devon Moonraker conversion in Sierra Yellow (Orange) and white.

I'm trying to see if this bus is still on the road and hoping it is as it was in tip top shape. I sold it (like an idiot) to a guy in 1998 who eventually went to Cornwall. Its registration number plate was EKT 343L. Has anyone seen or since owned this van? Any help would be appreciated.

Great forum, by the way. The bay window scene has come a long way in the UK over the past 10 years. In fact, it's popularity in the UK is far bigger than over here in the US. I'm hoping it stays that way as they're much more affordable over here! :D

Gavin - looks like its still on the road as it was taxed for 12 months in Nov 2008, white all over now though

(Info from DVLA website)

Hope this helps
