any recommendations where to buy,and do i need inner seal as well

Buy the best quality seal from JK, Heritage, Schofields etc and you wont go far wrong. They are generally all from the same source.
You don't 'need' the inner seal, it was only originally fitted to early buses, but its nice cosmetically to have,
