Have a crossover with a new front beam ( last couple of years anyway ) and have been offered a swap for a cut and turned one from a 74 and that includes fitting, I really only wanted to go down 2 or 3 inches to give the bus a better rake as it sits slightly higher at the front. I think this other beams a good 4 or 5 inches lower. Is this a worthwile deal? Im a big guy and there is 7 in our family, should I just pay to have adjusters on my own beam? Are the cut ones a good ride or more importantly, safe?

Personally Id go the adjuster route with the cut and turn your stuck with it. It was turned to someone elses chosen height...

Adjuster is the way. Keeps your options open.

Or if you have the money dropped spindals.

Thanks guys, gonna go for the Foksy I think, have just bought new track rods etc so should have a nicer ride soon.
