I suspect that is a south african engine bar, note the almost cross between a late bar and early moustache bar giving a smaller profile to the earlybay.

Early moustache bar, hands down, correct for the year. It looks slimmer because of all the automatic corrosion prohibitor leaking from the bottom of the engine. Original seals, cool!
