Hi!

Thats a very nice bus! Are you running a bug exhaust? Mines got a 1600TP Bug engine and heat EX in, and my rusty old empi is blowing - wondered how easy it is to fit a stock bug system to a bus??

Thanks, I really like it.

Its all OG Stock. Its a 70 model so it has type 1 motor. (i am assuming type 1 exhaust as well?) I have not changed anything on it.

Hi!

Oh right? Maybe the twin pipe was a option? Dunno. Think the 70 model had a BR engine code, and single port, mines AD, which is a 71 bug, and twin port.

It's bloody cracking, whatever it is - and a really nice colour too!

Someone must be running a stock bug set up? Anyone??

Looks like a beetle exhaust rather than a bus one, supposed to breath better than a stock bus one.

Thanks for all the kynd words. Still some things I wanna get done to it, but for now I am keeping it OG stock. The previous owner took good care of it and didnt chop on it at all.

Id like to get some mud flaps, deluxe bumper trim, got some chrome items on order (window rain guard, chrome pulleys, & chrome dipstick  )
